Creating Something New – a prayer for the 4th Week of Lent

O, God, help me realize that it is possible to create something new within myself and around me, simply because you are faithful, always faithful, for you cannot deny yourself but continue to be rich in goodness and mercy, and are always ready to forgive and start afresh.

Middle School Students at Northwest Harvest

Our students did a terrific job volunteering yesterday. By staying focused and working hard, they bagged 2,800 lbs of pasta that will be distributed to families in need of food. Northwest Harvest is one of the largest food distributors for food banks in the area.

Holy Names Academy offers summer camps for young women entering Grades 4 through 8, and to any student starting Grade 9 at Holy Names Academy in the fall. The athletic camps include soccer, basketball, and volleyball, and are designed to offer quality instruction from the HNA coaching staff, players, and alumnae in a fun, welcoming environment. All skill levels are welcome. Coding Camp is designed as an introduction to the field of computer science. A separate summer rowing camp, hosted by Lake Union Crew, welcomes young women ages 12-17.

Camp registration is online through FamilyID. Please visit for more information and to register your daughter for Cougar Camp! Camp registrations are limited and camps fill quickly; early registration advised.

Living Stations of the Cross

I hope you can join us for the Living Stations of the Cross on Friday, April 7, at 2:30 pm in the church. This has been a beautiful tradition of our school, prepared diligently and lovingly by our third grade class and their teacher, Mrs. Malone.

Blessings in Christ,
