St. Monica Parent Club Mission is to enhance the school experience and well-being of our students while supporting the teachers and staff of St. Monica School through service, community building, communication, and fundraising.
Parent Club coordinates the many volunteer efforts needed by the school community, which significantly enhances the Catholic elementary, and middle school educational experience. The function is to assist students, faculty, and administration in whatever areas are appropriate and useful. Parents have many opportunities to volunteer throughout the school year.
Monica’s Table ministry is a group of volunteers that offer meal preparation and delivery for families in need due to illness, the birth/adoption of a baby, or a family member’s loss. If you know of a family in need, please contact one of our co-chairs or the school office. Our network of cooks is ready to prepare and deliver a meal to those in need.
This Ministry, initially started by a group of parishioners, is now administered through Parent Club at the School.
Safe Environment Training
In order to volunteer at the school, we are expected to be compliant with the safe environment training requirements of the archdiocese. The requirements are an initial class called “Protecting God’s Children” and then afterward you need to take online classes periodically and keep your background check up to date. Virtus Online
School Uniform Exchange
Have your kids outgrown their St. Monica school uniform pants, sweaters, shirts, or sweatshirts? We will take your gently used uniforms! Please bring all items to the school office. We respectfully request that items be gently used with no holes or stains. We no longer take sweatshirts with the St. Monica School cursive logo or old logo items.
