Art Spotlight

This week, grades K-2 made Christmas-themed artwork to celebrate the upcoming holiday season. The kindergarteners made a Christmas tree ornament with clay and paint. The 1st graders designed Christmas balls using shapes and colors. The 2nd graders made Paper Roll Snowmen that are being displayed outside the art room. The 3rd graders just completed their painted castles inspired by Mary Blair, and the 4th grade completed their Renaissance Self Portrait Angel paintings. The rest of the grade levels have been working diligently to complete their art projects. They are coming along great, and Mr. Usalla can’t wait to show the rest of the school their artistic talents.
